Are your products 100% authentic handloom?
Yes, every product at HMR Handlooms is ethically sourced and handcrafted by traditional weavers. We take pride in preserving artisanal techniques and use only natural fibers like pure silk, cotton, and linen.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. For international shipping, please allow 10-15 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that since handloom fabrics are unique, minor irregularities in weave are a mark of authenticity and not considered defects.
How should I care for my handloom garments?
To maintain the longevity of the fabric, we recommend dry cleaning for all silk products. For cotton handlooms, a gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent is advised. Always dry in the shade to prevent color fading.
Do you offer customization or bulk orders?
We do accept bulk orders for weddings and corporate gifting. For specific customization requests regarding blouse stitching or saree lengths, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. For domestic orders within India, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
